The Good Stuff

Farm-Grown, Not Factory-Made

Every chilli is grown on our own farm in Bela-Bela — no pesticides, no shortcuts, so what you taste is real chilli, not chemicals.

Nothing Artificial

No pesticides. No seed oils. No artificial flavouring or preservatives — grown and blended the way nature intended.

Small-Batch, Big Flavour

Made in limited runs by hand, so quality never gets diluted to hit a volume target — bespoke heat, not a factory line.

Should I refrigerate my hot sauce?

Once opened, we recommend keeping your hot sauce in the fridge with the lid sealed tightly, this helps preserve freshness and extends its shelf life to up to 3 months.

How long does it last once opened?

Once opened, our hot sauces will stay fresh for up to 3 months if stored in the fridge with the lid tightly sealed. Since our sauces are small-batch and made without artificial preservatives, refrigeration after opening helps keep them at their best. A little natural separation is normal, just give it a shake before use.

Are there any allergens?

Our sauces are free from the major allergens (gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, etc.). They do contain sulphites, which are used as a preservative. If you have a sulphite sensitivity, please check the ingredients list before use.
