SHIPPING POLICY

Where we deliver: Scorpions Kiss delivers nationwide across South Africa via our trusted courier partner.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 2 — 3 business days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes: Major cities and urban areas: 3 — 4 business days after dispatch. Outlying and rural areas: 4 — 5 business days after dispatch. Please note delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods.

Delivery costs: A delivery fee applies to all orders under R500. Orders over R500 qualify for FREE delivery — automatically applied at checkout.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly with our courier partner.

Delivery address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Scorpions Kiss cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Failed deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery fee.
