REFUND POLICY

At Scorpions Kiss, we take great pride in the quality of every product we make. All our chilli sauces and salts are small-batch, farm-grown, and carefully crafted in Bela-Bela, South Africa.

Due to the nature of our food products, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. However your satisfaction matters to us and we will always do right by our customers.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a photo of the issue via WhatsApp on 079 249 5163 or email us at scorpionskisschilli@gmail.com and we will replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Unopened products: If you are unhappy with your unopened order for any reason, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and full refund. Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
